Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TIME & COST

After the order has been confirmed and ready to ship (3-5 working days), goods will be dispatched on regular working days. All international orders are shipped by Fedex. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.fedex.com. All orders from Malaysia are shipped by Poslaju for free! 

Malaysia:
Free shipping with purchase above MYR50 - 1-3 working days (Poslaju)

Southeast/East Asia:
MYR 60 - 1 to 3 working days (Fedex International)

Rest of the world:
MYR 110 - 3 to 5 working days (Fedex International)

**FREE SHIPPING PROMO: In the event of returns made pertaining to reasons other than product defects, only a partial refund will be made when the return package is received (when the total of the order falls under RM600).

1. All shipping charges are in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)
2. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.
3. We are not responsible for deliveries lost as a result of negligence on the buyers part. This may include providing an incorrect shipping address, losing the parcel after signed acceptance of delivery, etc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for payment of any customs related charges (for example tax, duty, fees) which may be levied by the government of the recipient country. Please also be aware that the shipment may be opened or searched by customs or security agencies in the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

1. If you return your products to us and request an exchange for an alternative product (for example a different size) we will ship you the alternative product as quickly as possible. If there is a price difference between the returned product and the alternative, we will contact you to arrange the additional payment or refund. If we cannot ship the alternative within 10 working days we will contact you as per our terms and conditions.
2. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be return unused. All original packaging, price labels, hangtags, etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
3. In the event of the item being returned to sender under the circumstance of wrong address or failed delivery (due to not being home or failure to provide a phone number), we reserve the right to not refunding the shipping fees paid by the customer. Re-delivery of the parcel will be done only if the new shipping fees are paid again.
4. Please note that garments made-to-order (custom sizing) according to the customer’s measurements cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there is an error made by Shuren Projects.
